Looks like an early 20th century platinum or white gold ring with strong Art Deco influence, likely from the 1920s–1930s, possibly a small engagement or dress ring. Style and period, The geometric, stepped plaque top with a central round stone and small surrounding accents is characteristic of Art Deco design that became popular after about 1920. The elongated rectangular face and milgrain / engraved details (those tiny beaded edges and lines) were standard on ladies’ rings of that period
